I have been passionate about sports from a young age, playing football, basketball, and baseball throughout high school. Baseball ultimately became his focus, leading me to Sinclair Community College, where I served as team captain and guided the team to its first-ever JUCO World Series appearance. After junior college, I earned an athletic scholarship to The Ohio State University, where I was recognized as third team All-Big Ten in his senior year. Following college, I played independent baseball for the Lake Erie Crushers in the Frontier League.

After hanging up my cleats, I transitioned into a successful career in sales. Currently working as a sales representative for Wildman Business Group, specializing in first aid safety, uniforms, and business solutions for various facilities.

Residing in Westfield, Indiana, shares his life with his girlfriend, Ashley Crouch, and is actively involved in his stepson’s travel baseball and basketball games. He enjoys an active lifestyle, taking adventures with his 5-year-old mastiff Rottweiler, Chief. In addition to sports, he loves snowboarding during the winter months and has recently taken up golf.

I met Drew two years ago at the Pic O Dixie tournament, where Drew sponsored his team’s uniforms and entry fees. Their friendship blossomed, making it an easy decision for me to join RAD. I admire the company's quality and Drew’s dedication, and im excited to contribute to RAD's growth and success in the future.
