Please include as much information as possible: your sport or industry, preferred colors, sizing needs, quantity, any logos or artwork you have, and your ideal timeline. The more we know, the better we can serve you — and the sooner you'll be wearing something Radical.

Get Started With Your Order

All orders are custom made. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a detailed breakdown of how to get started. Production + delivery: 15–20 business days after approval.

  • Step 1

    Each order begins with a $50 commitment deposit, this is not an additional fee! We use this as a tool to make your unique artwork a priority in our design schedule!

  • Step 2

    Let us know what you'd like for your design by filling out the form above or reaching out to us! You can provide all your order details and we can truly bring it to life for you!

  • Step 3

    Once your RAD design is approved we will provide an order form and ask that you send it back. From there we will get you a total and once the order is paid, we begin production!
